The stick-removal sorters are designed to remove impurities from crushed carob. They remove as many impurities (sticks) as possible using their customised sieve system and the conveyor belt, which, through constant movement, ensures that the sticks are separated from the lightweight product
2M100-P
The CIMAG 2M100-P model sorter is designed for the separation and cleaning of chopped carob or any other type of grain.
It has two screens, designed to double output whilst minimising the space required.
It features a system for distributing the product across the full width of the machine to maximise performance.
M3000
The CIMAG M-3000 model separator is designed for the gravity separation and cleaning of chopped carob or any other type of grain. It features two extraction pipes for fine impurities and dust generated as the product falls onto the machine’s inlet tray. This tray ensures that the product is distributed across the entire surface of the sieve, thereby maximising screening efficiency. The nature of the sieve’s movement ensures that the product is in contact with 100% of the sieve’s surface area, thus maximising its effectiveness.
M2000
The CIMAG M-2000 sorter is designed for the separation and cleaning of chopped carob or any other type of grain. It is fitted with two extractors for fine impurities and dust generated as the product falls onto the machine’s inlet tray. This tray serves to distribute the material across the entire surface of the sieve and maximise screening efficiency. M-10
The CIMAG M-10 sorter is designed to extract the carob bean from the carob pod. It consists of a mill with a 10 kg hopper and a paddle for manually controlling the feed rate of the product. The product falls onto the constantly moving sieve, which separates the different sizes by gravity.
